Learn more about Conv3rt and why Rachel chose to run a values-based marketing agency.
Why I built Conv3rt Marketing
Conv3rt was built on the belief that great marketing should feel clear, purposeful and human.
Too often, businesses are left with disconnected activity, unclear messaging and teams expected to deliver results without the strategy, support or structure to make it work. I founded Conv3rt to change that.
Today, we help organisations build stronger brands, create better marketing strategies and connect with the right audiences in a way that feels commercially smart and true to who they are.
For me, marketing has never just been about visibility. It’s about trust, clarity and building something sustainable.
Speaking, podcasts and public appearances
Alongside running Conv3rt, I regularly speak at events, appear on podcasts and contribute to wider conversations around marketing, leadership, mental health, motherhood and campaigning.
I speak openly about the realities of building a business, leading with values, protecting mental health and using your platform for something bigger than visibility alone.
Over time, I’ve also appeared across podcasts, media and interviews to share insight on marketing, maternal mental health, birth trauma, women in business and the importance of more human leadership.
Maternity campaigning and advocacy
My advocacy work is deeply personal.
Following my own experience, I have become a passionate campaigner for better awareness, support and change around birth trauma and maternal mental health. This is a space I care about deeply, and one where I am committed to helping drive more honest conversations and real change.
That campaigning work has become a meaningful part of my public voice. It sits alongside my work in marketing because both are rooted in the same belief: people deserve better communication, better support and to feel seen.
Recognition and credentials
2025 was a busy year personally!
I was proud to be a finalist for Mental Health Champion of the Year at the CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards, in recognition of my commitment to mental health advocacy and people-first leadership in 2025.
Alongside that, I was one of the Top 100 Marketing Influencers at the Technology for Marketing Awards, and a finalist for Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the Small Business Awards.
In the media
As a campaigner for birth trauma, I have been featured in the media, especially when talking about the Birth Trauma Inquiry and National Maternity Review.
Being visible in the media isn’t just about publicity, it’s about building real trust. PR helps people get to know the human behind the business, and for us, that’s what marketing is all about: connection, clarity, and confidence.
Podcasts, articles, and interviews give myself the space to dig deeper into the stories, strategies, and beliefs that shape Conv3rt. And they give listeners (and future clients!) a chance to learn, relate, and think, “yes, this is someone who gets it.”
An interview with Rachel
I’ve spent years leading and delivering marketing across brand, demand gen, and digital. Conv3rt Marketing was born from a simple idea: smart, empathetic marketing should focus on storytelling and look after the humans doing it.
We’re now a full-service agency partnering with marketing leaders who want clarity, momentum, and measurable results.
